Nabilah Jasmine Zainal Ariff is the Senior Legal Associate of Messrs Rabinder Budiman & Associates. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Malaya in 2016 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in July 2017.

Nabilah’s practice focuses primarily on civil and general litigation. She has acted in a wide range of contentious matters and has experience conducting trials, hearings, and interlocutory applications before the Subordinate Courts and Appellate Courts in Malaysia.

In addition to her experience in private practice, Nabilah has also served as in-house counsel, where she advised on corporate risk management, regulatory compliance, contractual matters, and dispute strategy. This in-house exposure provides her with a well-rounded perspective, enabling her to approach litigation with a strong appreciation of commercial objectives and operational realities.

Her areas of practice include commercial and contractual disputes, family and matrimonial litigation, industrial relations matters, fraud and energy theft cases, criminal proceedings, probate and estate administration, debt recovery, and insolvency. She is also experienced in
